eConserve offers a shared savings water conservation program. Since eConserve takes all the upfront risk for a successful conservation plan we perform the following steps to insure your property will qualify:
eConserve will request the last 12 months water/sewer bills for the desired property from the city water authority. We will then marry the last 12 months consumption history to the actual occupancy of the property to generate a per-occupied unit cost of water.
eConserve will come to your property and get a general idea of the age and condition of the fixtures.
eConserve will generate and walk the property management through the conservation program. This process is simply to inform the property of what our proposed plan is and the time frame for completion.
Once the project has been approved by management/owner we will begin the implementation portion of the conservation plan. This is at zero upfront cost to the owner.
Once eConserve has implemented the plan we will monitor the water/sewer bills. This process will allow us to share in the savings with the property. Once savings is identified the property will share in a 50% split until our contract price is achieved.
During the shared savings portion of the plan we will monitor the performance of the properties water consumption. As the water consumption rises we will send our maintenance crews through each of the properties units fixing all drip and leaks. The labor portion of this maintenance effort is provided for in the original contract
