For qualifying properties, eConserve offers two water conservation program options.

• No risk option

• eConserve pays for 100% of the conservation program

• eConserve receives 50% of the water/wastewater savings until the full contract is paid.

• Monthly analysis of water consumption and expenses

• An on-site inspection of all units every 6 months

• eConserve is only paid if water consumption and expenses per occupied unit are reduced

• eConserve completes the water conservation program implementation

• eConserve receives full payment for the price of the implementation

• 6 months of water consumption and expense monitoring

• One on-site inspection of all units in 6 months
